who is Budgie Desktop for? (opens in new tab)

submitted by I came to understand the philosophy and the kind of user, and specially workflow, most desktop environments try to appeal however, I don’t fully understand Budgie, have you used it? what can you tell me about it? I do know, that the open nature of GNU/Linux makes not everything having to “fill a gap”, there can be more than one project with similar goals and that’s okay I just want to know it better
