骑座是控马的核心。4鞍时左右,我“了解”到收紧核心、坐进鞍具深处、腿沉向下、小腿稳定、脚镫不摇晃等等教诲,但20个鞍时后,我才真正压住了浪——教诲并无错误,但正确的压浪是一种全新的整体感受。它就像坐在牛仔裤的后口袋上,大腿从髋开始向后延展,沉沉坠住,用膝盖站在鞍侧。所以小腿没有摇晃的可能,脚镫没有脱落的可能,它们放松垂落,仅由重力控制。感受到真正的压浪后,我开始识别、释放骑座当中,那些僵硬、紧张的部分,运动时间一长,它们将瞒过意识。因此要在每一浪中都觉察,都调整——动中平衡。当平衡出现,当平衡保持,当平衡鲜活地涌动在骑座之中。那是控马的开始。仅仅是一个不偏不倚的“开始”。
