Aviation industry talks give ASU students the inside scoop (opens in new tab)
American Airlines Chief Operating Officer David Seymour was less than two minutes into his speech at the Aerospace on Campus series event Wednesday when he cleared up a misconception.Talking to more than 60 Arizona State University students who had gathered on the second floor of the ISTB12 building on the Polytechnic campus, Seymour said that a “lot of people” think that if they want work in the aviation industry, they have to be a pilot or an engineer.
