Samuel Fruth’s life has always been shaped by a commitment to social justice.After graduating with an undergraduate degree in justice studies from Arizona State University, Fruth unexpectedly entered the human resources field, where he discovered a unique intersection of employee advocacy and organizational compliance. He quickly realized that HR is not simply a corporate function, but a space where meaningful change and advocacy can take place every day.
