Waymo launches Ojai robotaxi rides for select riders (opens in new tab)
Waymo has begun offering select riders free trips in the Ojai, a new all-electric robotaxi built for autonomous ride-hailing, in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Phoenix. The Alphabet-owned company said it will use the limited free rides to gather feedback before expanding access to more customers and cities.
