Majestic Tops Out at 540 Degraw Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn (opens in new tab)

Construction has topped out on Majestic, a 10-story mixed-use residential building at 540 Degraw Street in <a href=" Brooklyn. Developed by The Domain Companies and designed by Handel Architects, the project will yield 255 rental apartments, approximately 14,000 square feet of retail and office space, and 45 enclosed parking spaces. The development team includes GoodRich Design as interior designer and Future Green Studio as landscape architect. Majestic is targeting LEED Gold certification.
