Cyclist, 32, dies in hit-and-run near Biddinghuizen; Suspect arrested (opens in new tab)

A 32-year-old cyclist died after being struck late Saturday night on the Biddingringweg near Biddinghuizen, Omroep Flevoland reports. A 49-year-old man from Biddinghuizen later turned himself in and was arrested in connection with the case, police said.
