A 1960s Los Angeles Home Reborn Through Warm Minimalism (opens in new tab)
Tucked into a hillside in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of northeast Los Angeles, this 1964 home was a bit of a time capsule when designer Nathan Warkentin first encountered it. Blessed with abundant natural light and a strong sense of privacy, the homeowners were eager to update it and called on Nathan’s firm, Warkentin Associates, for the renovation.
