One of San Antonio’s signature events will soon be lighting up a new location. The Luminaria Contemporary Arts Festival will return on November 14 to Houston Street at the intersection of Downtown West and Zona Cultural.The after-dark celebration will fill streets and sidewalks with digital projections, sculpture, live music, poetry, theater, dance, film, and food and art vendors from 6 pm-midnight.
