Keyboard not working on HP Laptop-can't even Log In! (opens in new tab)

So I've got this HP-15-dw0037wm laptop that has got a bad keyboard problem. I use an external keyboard on it, I prefer the keyslarger and closer to me. Anyway, it won't type anything so I can't log in and I couldn't even get the onscreen keyboard to work with the mouse!I tried the external keyboard I'm using on my backup right now and it wouldn't work either. The ENTER keys worked with both keyboards by the way. I even tried the actual keyboard on the laptop and THAT wouldn't even work. Check...
