My PC suddenly starts responding late, but mouse and sound still work. (opens in new tab)

This has only happened recently while playing very lightly modded Minecraft on my Windows 11 desktop, which I've been playing for months.The first time I had to power off my pc manually, the second time it came back quickly when I closed everything - This time even after I closed everything, it still was responding late.My mouse moved normally and sound was fine, but it was excruciating trying to open task manager only to see everything looked surprisingly low.My GPU was 0% load which did not...
