Not an FTE. How can I get access to Amplify ? (opens in new tab)

I am an external worker supporting EMEA DCOPs. I was trying to use Amplify for some of my team's needs as we seem to be doubling up on work by not using a single tool but I have no access to create campaign on Amplify. How can I request access? Thank you.
