I've noticed that my computer's disk is showing a lot of available space, but I'm still getting occasional slowdowns and performance issues that make me wonder if there's something else going on beneath the surface. I'd like to know if having plenty of free space on your hard drive is enough to ensure smooth system performance, or if there are other hidden factors like fragmentation, cache files, or background processes that could still cause problems even when storage isn't an issue.
