How can I compress a video file for email on Windows 10? (opens in new tab)

The outlook app says the video size is too large and I can't send the video via email. The video is recorded as MP4 with the Snipping Tool in Windows 10. I have to compress the video file before sending.Is there any simple way to let me compress a video for email while still keeping acceptable quality.
