I CANNOT get windows installed. Why? (opens in new tab)

I feel like I've tried every possible solution. I've been struggling for a full 12 hours, formatting the USB drive, re-downloading the Windows system about 8 to 10 times. I used Rufus, tried Windows 10, and even paid for a stupid third-party service to convert my MDR to something like GPT. I'm really very frustrated and don't know what to do.I can start it, but every time I encounter this error!
