Is it Safe to remove this folder? (opens in new tab)

My C drive has been filling up recently and today it got to the point where it had only 5GB space left. I have a 256GB M.2 and I only use it for windows , Steam , Epic and Vs Code. Everything else like blender , Cap cut are all on my D drive which is a 2TB HDD.
