On Windows 10, is it possible to enable the sunset timer without turning on location services? (opens in new tab)

I turned off location services, but when I tried to enable the night light and set it to automatically adjust based on sunset time, the system prompted me to turn on location services. Doesn’t the computer already have a system clock? Why is it necessary to enable location services? Is there a way to use the sunset timer feature without turning on location services? Thank you.
