Printer Not Working After Windows 10 Update (Error 0x00000709) (opens in new tab)

After the system update, the default printer settings cannot be saved, and every time I try to print, I receive a message stating that the operation cannot be completed (Error 0x00000709). Even adding the printer again does not resolve the issue.
