There is absolutely no available space (opens in new tab)

Thid is a serious storage issue on my computer where there is absolutely no available space left on my drive. No matter how many files I delete or move to external storage, the storage remains completely full, preventing me from installing new programs or even saving important files, and I need help figuring out how to free up space effectively without losing essential data.
