Any Chance of getting any data back by myself? (opens in new tab)

I had a old hard drive out of pc unplugged sitting in storage for years. I booted up recently to see what was in it, and to my surprise, it had a lot of photos i wanted to backup i was browsing through the hard drive, and it suddenly froze, and then disconnected.Now I can't get it to show up on Windows 11 at all.Just want to know if there is any way to gain access back to the hard drive and salvage as much as i can.Any help is appreciated
