Black screen when logging in after shutting down and restarting following a Windows 11 update (opens in new tab)

Recently, after updating to Windows 11, every time I shut down and restart my computer, the screen goes black during account login and I can’t access the system. I’ve reinstalled the operating system multiple times; the first time after each reinstallation, it boots up normally, but as soon as I shut down and restart, the black screen issue during login reappears. How can I fix this?
