Can't load into Windows 11 Installation USB unless the old M.2 is plugged in. (opens in new tab)

I'm experiencing an issue where my computer only boots into the Windows 11 installation USB if my old M.2 drive is plugged in. When I remove the old M.2 drive, the system fails to load the USB installer and just shows a blank screen or error message, which is frustrating because I want to install Windows 11 on my new drive without relying on the old one.
