How do I stop this on Windows 11 PC? (opens in new tab)

I was getting notifications and downloads that I wasn’t doing I downloaded total av and total av ad blocker it’s currently running a deep scan it already ran and cleaned up a normal scan what do I do?It’s all the notification pop ups on the right hand side you c see the two senders in the bottom left I just wanna stop it clean up my pc and do whatever is safest thanks.
