How do I Upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Professional? (opens in new tab)

I need to upgrade my PC from Windows 11 Home to Professional edition but the process keeps failing for the second time in a row. I have a valid Pro license key, but the upgrade either stops with an error or rolls back. Please help.
