I Cannot Disable Windows Hypervisor, why? (opens in new tab)

I am trying to disable Windows Hypervisor on my computer so I can run other virtualization software like VMware or Virtual Box, but the option is grayed out in Windows Features and every command I try in PowerShell seems to fail or tells me the hypervisor is still running.
