Microsoft "Code" Never Arrives (opens in new tab)

I keep requesting verification codes from Microsoft for two-factor authentication, but the code never arrives via email or SMS no matter how many times I retry. I have already checked my spam folder, confirmed my contact info is correct, and waited over an hour, yet no code appears. This has been happening consistently for the past three days, and I cannot access my Microsoft account or any linked services like Outlook or OneDrive as a result.
