The C drive of the computer is always running out of space (opens in new tab)

Ugh, my C drive is always full and I have no idea why, I keep getting those annoying low space warnings and I'm tired of deleting things only to see it fill up again. Does anyone know how I can find out what's eating up all my space and safely clean it out for good?
