The Windows 11 25H2 update failed, and the computer automatically restarts when I shut it down. (opens in new tab)

I encountered error code 0x80070002 while updating to Windows 11 25H2. I’ve tried various commands and fixes I found online, but none of them worked. Now, my computer automatically restarts every time I shut it down, and I can only shut it down by holding down the Shift key. How can I fix this?
