Windows 11 Fast Startup Causes Some Hardware to Fail Initialization (opens in new tab)

After enabling Fast Startup, the system occasionally fails to initialize the sound card or network adapter correctly at each boot, resulting in no sound or an inability to connect to the internet. To restore normal functionality, you must manually disable and then re-enable the device or restart the computer. The issue disappears when Fast Startup is disabled.
