Windows 11 PC significantly slowing down Spectrum WiFi speeds (opens in new tab)

I don't understand why this is happening. I shutdown my PC and run a speed test over Wifi. The speeds read around 300mbps which is my plan. So then I turn on my PC and once the PC is booted my speeds drop down all the way to around 20mbps??? Why is this happening? Any solutions?
