TU Wien spinout GATE Space lands €6.3M: can Austria’s space sector punch above its weight? (opens in new tab)

Vienna-based GATE Space has secured €6.3M in EU grants and equity funding through the EIC Accelerator. Its propulsion system will launch on BeaconSat, Austria's first military satellite to track GPS jammers, in February 2027.
