In the Putin regime's latest act of vengeance and torture against the mathematician and anarchist Azat Miftakhov, who has been in its brutal custody for over seven years, it has transferred him to the penal colony north of the Arctic Circle where another, more famous Russian political prisoner, Alexei Navalny, was murdered by it two years ago.
