"service instance is bad" - help needed troubleshooting (opens in new tab)

Hello, my IPTV setup that has been working for years has stopped playing streams and I can't work out why\. The Muxes and Services all look right to me\. The services have the correct URLs, and when I wget the URL or open it in VLC directly it plays\. But when I try to play it through TVH I get service instance is bad \.
