A marine wildlife rehabilitation center says it has rescued eight harbor seal pups in recent weeks, including one found on Monday malnourished and suffering from an eye infection. Many of the rescued pups were likely abandoned and are now receiving treatment and care. Harbor seals are protected under federal law and should not be touched, fed, or moved.
