Minor update (4) for Vivaldi Desktop Browser 8.0 (opens in new tab)

This update includes a stack name fix, a minor upgrade to Chromium 148 (Extended Stable Release) from upstream, and a white lie to websites so that they do not think Vivaldi is out of date.
