France's Paul Magnier on Friday won the first stage of the Giro d'Italia, Nessebar-Burgas in Bulgaria, and will wear the leader's pink jersey. The French rider won the sprint in the first of the three Bulgarian stages, ahead of Tobias Lund Andresen of Denmark. (ANSA)
