Alec Segaert (Bahrain Victorious) won the 175-kilometer stage 12 of the Giro d'Italia, from Imperia to Novi Ligure. The Belgian attacked with three kilometers to go, leading the peloton, which was also held off by another Belgian, Toon Aerts. (ANSA)
