Strange issue weird overlay when any kind of game opens (opens in new tab)

Hey yall. Was wondering if anyone else is having this strange sort of issue. Every time I launch any kind of game, I get this weird overlay gaming mode popping up on my phone. It'll flash open for a few seconds and close right into the game. Sometimes it opens up a second time for a few seconds making it difficult for me to focus right back into the game.
