is my version of Windows corrupted? (opens in new tab)

I have an Acer computer with Windows 11 and NVDA. I posted a while ago about the fact that I can’t use general windows commands when I’m on a website. For example, hitting enter in a. search field will not do anything, and tabbing through search fields will not do anything. I downloaded the ad on for NVDA that gives you some workarounds. But, this is getting ridiculous. Do you think it would be corrected if I installed a new copy of windows?
