Attorneys sue Pulaski County Circuit Court judge, claiming he violated Arkansas’ Freedom of Information Act (opens in new tab)

Law professor Robert Steinbuch and Roland attorney Luther Sutter have teamed up to sue their mutual adversary Circuit Circuit Judge Tim Fox, accusing him of violating the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act by refusing to acknowledge a written request for his computer records.
