Arkansas doesn’t have to have likely worst roadside trash in nation (opens in new tab)

I've traveled in 50 countries around the world, the majority on a bicycle in large parts. The only place I've seen a worse roadside trash problem than in Arkansas is probably India, though places like Kanis Hill in Little Rock rival at times.
