We've had a very slow spring in our area, which is a good 70 miles north of New York City. The weather has remained relatively cool, with surprisingly late-in-season overnight frosts. So this weekend is a shocking sudden taste of summer, with predicted highs approaching or passing 90°F between yesterday and Wednesday.
