I'm relieved to still be online after yesterday's outage. As I noted, while it's only our second such problem in seven years, it's also the second in three weeks. Things were cleared up faster this time than last time, but it still was delayed a couple of times from initial estimates. Getting online through my phone was once again a mixed bag, so this has me contemplating my options to add a second internet provider to the BlueTower as backup.
