Systemic rhythmicity of host and bacterial bile acid amidates in the mouse (opens in new tab)

690 samples from time-restricted-fed mice, spanning 14 organs, digestive tract contents, and biofluids, were profiled to map the temporal dynamics of bile acids and bacterial bile acid metabolites. The findings reveal that bile acids and their metabolites are temporally and spatially distributed throughout the body.
