Indiana wins federal education funding waiver from Trump administration (opens in new tab)

The state will be able to merge five federal funding streams to the tune of around $50 million over the next four years. Indiana Secretary of Education Katie Jenner celebrated the move, saying: “Our hands have always been tied, until now.”
