Two arrested for separate attacks on women riding their bikes (opens in new tab)

Dutch police have arrested one man and a teenager in connection with separate incidents involving young women on bikes. In the first case, a 17-year-old youth from Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht near Rotterdam has been arrested on suspicion of carrying out nine attacks on women in his home town and nearby Zwijndrecht.
