The Russian Supreme Court rejected the cassation appeal of Asker Budaykhanov and Gadzhi Imanmurzaev, who were sentenced to lengthy prison terms for organizing riots at Makhachkala Airport. The defense pointed out that witness testimony and evidence contradicted the findings of the court and the investigation.
