Strong Armenia supporter Gevorg Khamoyan, charged with voter bribery, provided charitable assistance to Karabakh displaced persons several years ago. These people do not have Armenian citizenship, and Khamoyan himself did not yet support any party at the time, according to protesters in Yerevan.
