Elena I. Nicklasson (HOD ’26) and Katrina S. Rogers, PhD, President Emerita and faculty in the School of Leadership Studies, presented preliminary research on how adult learners engage with sustainability education and whether that learning leads to action. Their study surveyed Fielding students about how they learned about sustainability, whether they act on what they have learned, and what barriers may stand in the way.
