Berlanga Cup discovery links Roman Spain to Hadrian’s Wall (opens in new tab)

A small bronze cup found in central Spain is changing the way scholars look at one of Rome’s best-known frontiers. The object, now called the Berlanga Cup, was discovered near Berlanga de Duero in Soria, far from the northern edge of Britain where Hadrian’s Wall once marked the limit of Roman power.
